Alexandra Maubert Proniewski Director of Upward Finance

Alexandra is a double graduate of Assas and Sup de Co Reims and had an auditing experience at Salustro/KPMG before joining the recruitment industry. She has been working on the recruitment of financial management talent for more than 10 years and has had the opportunity to work on middle, top and interim management recruitment. She joined Upward in 2018 to develop and drive Upward Finance.

Guillaume Tomasino Recruitment consultant

After graduating from Neoma, Guillaume began his career as an entrepreneur as he co-created in 2010 a product placement and promotion company in the film industry. After 18 months of adventure, he made his way to recruitment. He joined Hays in the audit and accounting professions. Six years later, he joined Upward to work on consulting and financial positions and now actively participates in the development of Upward Finance.

Marine Fourage Recruitment consultant

Graduated from IESEG School of Management with a specialization in Finance, Marine began her career in management control within various business sectors. Her first experience working at Havas in London allowed her to discover the world of finance, where she was set to work in. She then found out about the banking sector at BNP Paribas, before joigning the luxury hotel industry at Fouquet's in Paris. Today, her solid background is dedicated to our candidates.

Chargée de communication
Après un master de recherche en philosophie, j’ ai esquivé la voie menant à l’enseignement, pour me diriger vers un environnement professionnel me permettant à la fois d’être créative. J’ai eu un véritable coup de cœur pour Upward et Michael m’a créé un poste adapté à mes appétences. Chez Upward, mes interventions concernent l’ensemble du Groupe. En tant que chargée de communication, je développe le design, le référencement et le contenu éditorial des sites internet. Je prends également soin des relations presse, j’anime nos réseaux sociaux et j’essaie de développer une stratégie de com’ ! J’interviens également sur des missions de recrutement en interne, afin d’épauler Alix dans la recherche de nouveaux collaborateurs. J’ai donc la chance de travailler étroitement avec notre fondateur et notre DRH, qui m’ont mis le pied à l’étrier !
